 WACP OFFICE OPERATIONS PROTOCOL
Following the declaration of the National Governments of Nigeria and Ghana to ease the Lockdown and restriction of movement placed due to the COVID- 19 pandemic, WACP office in Nigeria and Ghana will be open to all her, Trainees, Members and Fellows of the College from 10am-4pm daily with effect from Monday the 4th of May 2020 until such a time when college decide to review the directives following the directives of regulatory authorities. .
All utility Service providers i. e. Security and Cleaning service providers will continue to maintain their normal working schedule.

  • Staff are required to wear face masks at work and wash their hands at regular intervals.

  • Office petty cash will be used to procure these PPE’s to ensure that staff are reasonably supplied with the PPE’s when at work.

  • College where and when necessary may further introduce further flexible working arrangement as time goes, to ensure the health safety and convenience of staff.

  • All heads of unit will be responsible, under the supervision of the head of admin to ensure staff compliance to these procedures.

  • Every employee who develops a fever, cold, cough, flu, or a sore throat should please stay at home till the symptoms are totally clear.

  • All Fellows, Members and Trainees are advised to pass all enquiries via telephone, email or through College website.

  • All fellows, members and trainees are advised to visit the college, ONLY when their enquiries cannot be attended to through by telephone, email or the college website.

  • All fellows, members, trainees visiting the college office should kindly observe the following protocols.

  • Have their temperature checked by the security before gaining entrance into the College office.

  • Use hand sanitizers and/or wash their hands with soap and water before gaining entrance into the College office.

  • Fill in the visitors’ log/book before gaining entrance into the college office.

  • Fill in a visitors health clearance form at the security unit, before proceeding to the reception for clearance.

  • Wear a nose mask before gaining entrance into the office.

  • Maintain a 2meter distance from whom so ever is attending to them, from the security personnel at the gate to the staff attending to their queries.

  • All fellows, members and trainees are encouraged to contact the following for all enquiries;

College wishes to assure staff, members, fellows, trainees and all stake holders that their safety and well-being is our utmost priority, meanwhile all are advised to take the necessary preventive measures in the prevention of covid-19, we owe the responsibility to ourselves, our families and every other person.
